The firm was founded in 1997 when David Lurie and Peter Krupp, now an Associate Justice of the Superior Court, decided to build a litigation practice together. While the firm has evolved over time and the name has changed, the firm’s commitment to providing high-quality personalized legal services has never changed.

Since its inception, the firm’s practice has focused on handling complex litigation and employment disputes, utilizing experienced lawyers at reasonable rates. Our cases have involved business torts, construction disputes, environmental issues, general commercial/contract litigation, eminent domain, trusts, estates, breach of fiduciary duty, bond default, real estate development, zoning, land use, civil rights, employment, intellectual property, unfair and deceptive trade practices, municipal law, ERISA, financial services, government investigations and other areas. Our employment practice involves litigation and counseling on all aspects of federal and state employment law, including employment agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, discrimination and harassment claims, termination issues, and wage claims.

The firm has been located at One McKinley Square across from the historic Custom House since 2000.
